- If landlords repeatedly ignore maintenance issues or fail to complaints from tenants, they may receive a strike.
- Strikes are issued in agreement with the university to ensure student housing remains high quality.
- If a landlord gets too many strikes, we will try to resolve the issue with a discussion.
- If no improvement is made, the landlord may be banned from the platform
